The Livingston Piecemakers Quilt Guild was formed. The Guild was a idea of a former Livingston resident, Frances McDonald. Several ladies would meet at her guild fabric shop and have a show and tell. Ideas were exchanged and after several meetings the ladies decided to form a Quilt Guild.
